I recently bought a big parts lot, with a ton of c-body and some imperial stuff. I have a set of used brake rotors for a imperial, 5x5, one sit has the right hand thread studs, other the left hand. I've did a little research and apparently there hard to come by. I don't know much about the imperial stuff, just looking for any input to there value and what years they actually fit so I don't misrepresent them. Thanks guys .

Take a mic to the rotors to see if they can still be turned. If they are already .050 or more undersized, you have scrap iron. If they are any good, I am sure somebody here will shoot you an offer.

what years they actually fit

67-73 Imps have the same bolt pattern, but only 67-70 of those model years have lefty threads on the driver´s side. I`m suspicious that the older ones have different brake pads and wheel cylinders (Budd), so knowing the model year would be helpful to make sure that these fit to a certain Imperial.

I agree. I don’t know the visual difference between the Budd system rotors and the later ones. If we assume that those are Budd system rotors and have some life left in them I would say they should be worth maybe 50 bucks a piece? The new ones that are available are basically $200 each and are 1” thick out of the box. Now if someone looking to build a Budd system and are missing the rotors AND the hub they may be worth a bit more.

I'm guessing these may be from a 70 imperial, I only say that because I have two boxes marked 70 imperial calipers. I don't know the difference in the two setups you guys are talking about but I can post pics of the calipers tonight .

I have a pair of '67 Imperial "Budd" rotors (No Hubs) for wall Art, Paperweight Etc. Short money !
