What's the best way to go about lubricating the hood hinges and torsion bars? WD-40? White lithium grease? What are the lubrication points? I've got an awful squeak and the hood is getting hard to close.
I tried a lot of stuff. They all did the same thing.
And my OH garage door springs were driving me nutz also. Tried a lot of stuff. They all did the same thing.
Them an OH garage door installer told me to use a spray lube labeled specifically for OH door. I never heard the doors be so quiet.
WAIT! What about my hood hinge's? Hmmmm...
Exactly what I was looking for.
LOVE that name.Hadn't thought about it earlier, but a slide-out lubricant from the RV supply would work well too.

LOVE that name.
LOVE that name.
Don't normally need it to slide out.
I'm well aware...It's a RV thing where they cut out a section to SLIDE OUT so there's more room inside. If you didn't know?
