No, you click the teardrop, then click on the map where you want it.

I finally got in, but had to use my PC. I was not getting any love from my iPhone last night. I think I selected my whole county as my home. It seems the control and add systems are different between the iPhone and PC.
@LocuMob I see you are located in MN and on the Texas Oklahoma border.
