Honestly, I'm looking for a solid body, and could care less about the engine. The interior parts are important (knobs, etc), but the seats I plan to restore anyways.

Heavy rust is a dealbreaker for me. I need the body to be intact. I'd take the Royal or the Custom Royal.

If you took parts for another custom royal to fix your main one, I'll gladly take the body of the donated car.

Looks good from this side minus the hood. The passenger door may have a rust hole, it looks pretty bad in the extra pics they've sent me.

On the other end, this is on eBay: 1957 Dodge Other | eBay
Not sure if it's all original as they claim, but it runs and looks good inside. That being said, it could just be a lower model with the Custom Royal trim glued on it on it. I don't know.

What do any of you think?

You do realize the eBay car is a 4 door sedan. I thought you were looking for a 2 door hardtop?

Dang it, I had forgotten that's why I wasn't interested in it. Scratch that as a reference.

Looks like it's been cleaned it up a bit since I picked it up for Ted. Back in 2015 I picked this and two Imperials up from a backyard in Scottsdale AZ for him.

I saw that @69monaco, but he said it's a Coronet, not a Custom Royal. Trying to debate if the different bumper really means that much to me, haha.
