Miss big girl "IGGY" has landed: (a 4dr '73 Imperial LeBaron).

So you'd have one or two in storage prison?
At least. I have them spread out and rotating all the time. Lil Red over at mother in law's now. She has a couple open stalls since she doesn't drive anymore.

No. I love my storage setup right now. Wifey wants to build on our lake property and sell the house. I said okay as long as I can build biggest garage allowed. I think that would equate to 4 deep stalls or 1000 sq ft. So I could keep two Imperials over winter and three during the summer season.

Cut to the chase... Just go buy some some land in the country and build your Imperial Garage. You know you want to!

When I was growing up in western N.Y. there was a place called "The Imperial Garage" blues and jazz club. Always loved that name... been long gone but here's an ad for a festival they had last year...

Mike check out this short video. He's a doctor, I have no idea off what but he's in our Lotus club. Down to earth guy and he built this place called, The Lotus Barn.

I can see your Imperial's now!

Buy out the neighbor and "Get er' Done"

BTW.. I still think you need a set of those wheels for "Iggy".... just sayin'

I think we're looking at this style roughly to fit on the lake property : a vaulted rambler. I can see two Imperials as bookends in this garage setup.

Oh hell no. This is what I want, minus all the Plymouths and Chryslers. Plenty of room for spacious living quarters in the back!

When do we get to see a family shot with all eight? My 81 Frank Sinatra at Milwaukee Concours d' Elegance last Sunday

She's my new one...Marilyn is a 2 year old purebred lab that was surrendered by a commercial breeder from Kansas. She has that droopy eyed look. She's pretty healthy just not socialized before with alot of humans...just training her to get up to speed with the other ones since she was in a kennel or dog run all her short life.

Seriously, I love that vintage of Imperial. Yours looks pretty sweet. Details?

It looks like this one has rear heat. I know it's not the time of year for it, but have you tried it out to see if it works?
Since Lee has rear A/C, you have the seasons covered!

Not yet...I drive them til the first real snow...I'll have to see...last winter I had Old Red still out in January.

Forgot to add that DMV is getting smoother. Had a veteran help a newbie clerk with the Canadian registration transfer to Minnesota title. Not bad only about 40 minutes total. They still call it a Chrysler....
