Or another thing you can try, Jacking up like you are sometimes the weight of the car works against you. You are jacking the right front, try putting some blocks under the left rear bumper and then jacking. If that doesn't work, you will have to back off the Torsion bar. You DO NOT want a jack under the arm if you have to back it off, BUT PLEASE put a stand under the car so it does not fall on you.
 
Aha! Just barely able to do it without backing off the torsion bar, but it's done! Thanks for the help gentlemen. I'll see you around the site.

Hmm. . . I see the engine is out of the car. No wonder the whole car lifted when you tried to jack up the LCA. . .
Yeah that was certainly the issue. Stacked a bunch of pavers under the left rear end of frame and It worked
