68 Fury weatherstrip question

Hi all, i've been trying to find some weatherstrip pieces for my '68 Fury 2dr HT, specifically I need the roof rail seals and the rear quarter glass seals. However a search of the usual suspects mostly shows these parts listed as fitting '65-'67 only. Does anyone know what the difference is on the '68? They look like the same roof as far as I can tell. I'm really hoping they can be made to fit because I accidentally bought some...

I don't know of any difference between 67 & 68 Fury weatherstrips.

Do you have the "fastop" roofline or the standard hardtop roofline?
Try looking up Restoration Specialties.
I was lucky that they carry oddball weatherstripping for my 4dr hardtop

I bought mine from Steele Rubber some years ago. The variable would be fast top or formal roof. 67 & 68 should be the same.

Mines the hardtop. It's odd, rock auto, vans and most of the ones on eBay all say '65-67 but Steele and national moparts list them as '65-68. Oh well, I guess i'll see when they arrive. Can't see why they'd be different.

Agreed. The 67 Fury body is virtually identical to the 68 Fury body and the weather stripping should be same for both years.

On a not entirely unrelated note, my '66 Town & country also will need a front screen seal at some point. Are these the same as the 4dr sedan? Any recommendations on where to find?

Wagon and 4dr seeedan are the same. The screen seal is in repop but best ro go through a auto glass shop to get it.
That's how I did the 66 300 seeeedan,lol

To clarify, I am assuming that you mean the front windshield is the same on the 66 T&C and the 66 sedan, right? If so I believe that yes, the 66 T&C and the 66 sedan both use the same windshield but please don't take my word for it as I am less familiar with the 66s than I am with the 67s and 68s because I have never owned a 66. However, the good news is that there are others here who are experts and can give you a more reliable answer.
