440 running issues

I think my whole electric ignition needs replaced.... ecu, coil, distributor, wires, plugs......

on the way to work the car ran fine. No issues at all. Air temps were mid 70s. On the way home about 2hrs later, air temps were low 80s. Car started up with no issue but the "miss" I am having returned. It was no where as bad as it was before adjusting the air gap but still there. So if it shows up on a hot engine and not a cold one these leads me to believe its all electrical issues. Another thing I need to check is the output of the alternator. When it first cranks in the morning it takes 10-15 secs before the headlights will turn on....
