WANTED Jack and hook - 71 Chrysler 300

Turns out I'm missing the jack and hook for my car. My searches show I need the 2962492 hook and there are a few available on eBay, but I will still need the jack assembly, and need the tire iron as well. Not looking for show, just function.

If you're simply trying to have a jack in the car in case of a flat, I would get a trolley jack and bungee it in the trunk, the original bumper jacks are a pain, particularly on a '71 Chrysler, rear tire change. With the overhanging quarters, it's quite the runaround.
