Oh... wait... yes, you're right!
Provided the car was indeed ordered with a radio. No radio was standard in 1972 and 1973, even in the Imperial. So theoretically, an Imperial could have been ordered without radio. But I have yet to see an Imperial without one. I vaguely remember seeing a photo of a 1970 model with the closed dash bezel, but I am not really sure.
