Ok, here the story.
I purchased a 22" Big block Radiator from Frank at ECP back in June. It came with electric fans and the Aluminum Fan shrouds. It looked super sexy but there were some problems.
I couldn't open the cap, I purchased the wrong 22" radiator "they have two 22" radiators" so the mounting brackets didn't line up. And the Inlet needed to be in the middle not on the passenger side.
All and all I could have gotten a new cap, welded on some new aluminum mounting brackets and get a different hose. But I didn't want to. I work on other people cars all day long, the last thing i want to do is come home and work on my junk.
So I returned the radiator that week back to Frank and ordered the correct radiator. I had to bite $150 worth of shipping both ways but it was worth it to me. I was told it was a three week lead time for the radiator i wanted upfront. I said id wait. This was back in July.
Everyweek after those three weeks ive been told "one more week." Or "im getting the shipment in next week it will go out monday." I was supposed to get my damn radiator last week and again it didn't come. I contact Frank yesterday, "Hey man WTF. im being patient. What is going on? Where is my radiator i paid for?"
He charged me for the shipping 2 months ago too.
Now his response is "it didn't arrive on this shipment, next one mid oct. I do have a 2375s top hose PS let me know. I can refund if you like"
No I dont want to wait for your crap from China to come in, give me my money back. All Frank does is have these manufactured overseas and sells them to you. I should have bought something that was made in the USA I'm bummed that I had to eat $150 but thats how it goes sometimes. I'm going to keep the electronics I got from him for 2 electric fans since they are good quality.
