It seems like this car should be saved. There will be some rust but all the trim seems to be there and so is the motor.

It looks like it was originally painted (Frost Turquoise) to me. The Imperial looks to be resting for Decades. Too Bad

What a shame. It is evidently in Washington State, and judging by the greenery that is around, it must be Western Washington. That is a pretty damp climate, so I would wonder about rust. However, the area also doesn't get much snow so it likely hasn't been exposed to salt on the roads, etc, so who knows?
