A couple members and I went to the McHenry Cruise Night yesterday. There aren't going to be too many more as our season begins to wind down.
With a little work getting the cars ready before heading over to the cruise, and then some more afterwards before hitting the road back home.
We lucked out with good weather, and overall a really good time, especially for Wyatt who won some type of "door prize". It was just after we arrived and finished getting our cars registered, when we heard the intercom speaker was calling out his name. Then later on towards the end of the show, he was called again to claim the 50/50 prize too.:wideyed:

I kinda like the duals on that Imperial...like the fusey wagons had.

I changed the exhaust tips back in 2005, soon after getting the car from Minnesota. When I got the car, the pipes had already been added, but the tips exited at a 90 degree angle, just behind the skirts. It looked awful. I remember seeing the style on it today on another car, on some forum, and I wanted to copy the look onto the Imp. It might have been a pic of your wagon I had seen.

It really works with the rear bumper...almost like the way the exhaust worked in the 50's.

Cruises go through the end of November here. A lot longer if the snow stays away.

Looks like fun, Tim. The big roll in near me (500+ cars weekly) runs through the month, I'm hoping I can make it to the final day and cross that off the list this year.

Around here, we'll be lucky to squeak in one or two the first week of October.

We hit up another little cruise last night...I even got the old man in a hat under the car to help me diagnose a driveline vibration/knock the car has developed since installing the 3.91s.
