My 2018 RAM Longhorn

I actually enjoy getting the groceries once a week. Sweeping the floors would really piss me off. :D

My apologies to @polara71  , but I still think she's mighty sexy...

Another stupid truck ...
They can't all be straight work horses, gotta have a couple for show.

I have one for work, and one for fun when I get to it.

The Viper trucks aren't practical, but I still think they're awesome.

Everybody has their priorities out of whack.
This is a TRUCK!
Anything else is just showing off...

Disagree.... you putting a family of five in that ? No! You hauling a 32 travel trailer? Unlikely !
Driving cross country comfortably ? No!
If you're buying that you don't like yourself very much.

I love me. Don't need a crew cab 4x4 long bed dually diesel to compensate the other 50 weeks a year commuting alone.

You proclaimed that everybody's priorities are out of whack. Basing that statement on what YOU need.
Yes, that's a truck . For someone who's not doing very much.

I still believe for that purpose they civilized the Depot hack to become the Station wagon.

500 HP and 500 ft/lbs of torque is a lot of fun!

I disagree with that. That sounds like take your family to work week, no thanks. I have enough crap to maintain, a house with wheels does not need to be on that list. You want to camp get a tent, no tent get a hotel.
My big truck has little in the way of creature comforts, A/C and a power window on the passenger side, power/heated mirrors. It does just fine. Yes your work truck can be a show truck, and it should not look like the other 100,000 other trucks out there.

I wish I could have some say I'm our house on wheels, I'm not the biggest fan of that, but I get to, uh, enjoy it, so I've been told.

And my truck has the same basic nothing to it, and I love it. I don't want all the doodads that they come with today. I like my truck to be a truck, used for towing or hauling engines or brush to the dump. Like a truck is meant for. I kiss the days when construction workers and farmers were the only ones who had trucks. Bad enough the moms couldn't see in their station wagons, let's out them up in the air so they can't see out of the truck they are now piloting. I should go buy a lift for my truck so I can see over all the other trucks that everyone drives.

Ok, replace that with horse trailer, 40 ft car trailer or whatever I wanna haul, I can .

Then don't buy the travel trailer Dave.... there are camp grounds you CANT camp in without a hard side..... bears ( not beer). Stan wants a itty bitty baby truck.... that's fine. You don't want to camp with your family of 12 , that's fine.
My truck goes to work with me every day, doesn't haul much but when I need it to I can move everything on the job site.
I can also use it as the family car on vacations and FILL the bed with luggage to the like a 6 ft bed wouldn't work.
Plenty of versatility here....and in style.
