According to listing on row52.com This car was added 9/25 and comments were that it was a rust free car with a burnt wiring harness.

That was the stick shift car from Copart!!! What a waste! :BangHead:

Looks like it might be in the little car lot section they have in the front of Pull-a-Part. Probably get it cheaper now than when it was on Copart.

Yep... and to think the kid that had it wouldn’t sell it to me for a reasonable price (he wanted $10,000) and then probably paid someone to haul it off after the dash caught fire. Which could have been prevented because I told him to check the wiring when he said the gauges and dash lights had recently died.

sad story.

I can't belive a complete car like this is ending up in a salvage yard these days.

Won't have happened in germany for sure

All I hope is it gets picked clean to the bone. Let the crusher feast on some Ford focus's, Chevy Cobalt's and other new junk for a while.

$1699 is super cheap for all that rust free sheetmetal. And washer bottle!

How is the manual trans stuff still in that car now that it's been parted?

Man 1700 for a rust free manual shift V8 70 Fury II....if that had been close to me I would have been hard pressed not to purchase it on the spot.

Comment bout rust free metal is very accurate, I purchased a rust free 383/2bbl/auto 68 Coronet 500 4dr out of a wrecker many many moons ago for $500, when I was restoring a rusty 68 Coronet 500 vert...that car donated almost all it's sheet metal, frame rails, inner fenders etc to the restoration, probably saved me $10K in metal fab work!!

for the price i would have purchased it, fixed it and drove it.
More doors are always cool cars. definitely get looked over.
Some of the best cars I've owned were 4 doors.
(mostly pontiac) darksiders. Have yet to find an old mopar boat. This one would have been perfect.

Really sucks to keep seeing this thread. Just too bad about the car.
