I pulled the trigger on 2019 Scat Pack Charger

I cant find a picture......yet.

There was a reunion of 225 winged cars at Talledega today. It was suppose to be the biggest collection (reunion) of winged cars since they left the factory. NBC Sports showed a camera shot of them all gathered up at the track. Quite impressive!

I think it's still quite impressive to see a couple of dozen of them at Carlisle. I thought those cars were cool in 1969 and 1970 and I still think they are cool today!!!

Found it.....

I really don't understand the air filter In the wheel well low pressure area. A fair bit more fab work and they could suck cold air from high pressure area that 2nd gen Chargers suffer from in the grill area.
UTG is doing a series on 3 gen Hemi hop UPS on the cheap and shooting for a 500 HP in a pick up around low 12 high 11 1/4 mi time.

I believe the whole and only reason is to reduce ambient intake air temps. Makes a big difference in the Hemi engines.

I would go with a 6.4L if it was NA.

6.2L of course if the supercharged route was the plan.

It makes a difference in all engines. I think that with the crappy aerodynamics on a 2nd gen Charger there is a serious low pressure area inside the front of the fender. I know those cars have a weird feeling around 100+

Hellcats and the 2019 Charger Scat Pack (inboard of the headlights) has a special grill with dual air intakes that feeds cold air directly into the airbox from outside of the car.

Change the color of those stupid "protectors" from yellow to Rainbow and then maybe we can get the owners to finally remove them.

That is a picture of the car at the dealer the day I bought the car. There isn't a license plate on the car yet.....

I actually heard that Mopar is going to change the color to pink on the guards.

I did take the Scat Pack to the dealer today. The blower motor is howling very loud. They gave me a 2018 Journey for a loaner in less than 5 minutes. I'm thinking they will need a day or two to get parts.

The Hellcat Grill, "in grill air ducts" are new to the ScatPack for 2019. I like them, makes it look tougher. I thought it was interesting that the 2019 ScatPack also doesn't have any R/T badging on it even though it's a Charger R/T ScatPack. The previous years had R/T badging.

They have Scat Pack badging now front and rear.

Also the 2019 Scat Pack has the Demon Line Lock, Launch Control, SRT Performance Pages and all the gizmo's, 15.4" rotors, 6 piston Brembo's, and Hellcat wheels and tires and rear axle. A lot of Hellcat stuff on the Scat Pack's.
