Welcome Bill King to FCBO!

Only the top photo the car with the young lady is not minr

Even the sticker in the windshield looks to be the same . .

I had a conversation ( e mail ) about the car in both photos . This was many years ago, I'm thinking it was a grand kid or kid of the cars owner as I reflect back.
They confirmed both were the same.....
You've opened up a mystery.

I see bright wheel well trim on the photo with the girl, but not on Bill's car, if that is any indication of difference.
It is James thank you.
I was told they were the same car . Now, apparently not which is cool since we may have another K5 car to look for.

The second car has bumperettes mine does not

From the shadows on the photo @polara71 once posted, I thought both cars had the front bumperettes -- not I see that they do not. This said, I should have noticed the lack of wheel well moldings on @Bill King 's car. My bad on both counts.

Indeed -- though it could be ER6 Red, not FK5 Burnt Orange (though my money is on the latter).

Here is where I found the car with "Cinderella" posing up front. The poster is based in Framingham, MA; the photo was taken (or posted) in November 2013, but unfortunately without any explanation/comment.

I had it from 2008 from another site. Obviously with body work done to the quarters the car was resprayed . The quarters are poorly done and the wheel lip moldings wont fit . It certainly was conceivable that they were the same car , especially since I was told they were.
Best part is, apparently there is another K5 car we need to identify.

Thank you Bill for coming forward ......

And one more mythical FK5 in an abandoned building in Rockford.

Which you havent seen .Remember, I've seen the one built with a white interior . Its been 20 years since I have but it was there . I REALLY wish I lifted the hood for a tag photo but NOOOOOooo I was trying to be respectful of others.

From what I was told it sounds like Missouri's identical twin. White top black buckets console.

Regardless. I hope I can find it, the guy wont tell me the exact location. I could take a stab at 2 reasons why that is...
1. It doesnt exist and he is pulling my chain
OR
2. He is afraid I'll find a way to get my hands on it and bring it home.

I'm leaning towards reason #2

Then he should go get it before it rots like that red 440 car
