I visited the Swap meet in Moultrie, GA today. There were many interesting vendors there, but they are mostly catering to GM and Ford enthusiasts. Out of hundreds of vendors, I found ONE selling quality used original parts for Mopar interests ( mostly pre- 74 B&E parts).
Another shock- a vendor that sold me a re-chromed C-body bumper in 2002 needs the equivalent of inflation + 20% to supply the same bumper in 2019. He specifically stated that used c-body bumpers are worth more to derbiers than restorers , thus cores and re-chromed bumpers are becoming scarce and more pricey!
I did manage to find one excellent 15" trim ring for my recently acquired road wheels (I only needed one as 3 were in good condition). This vendor has more for reasonable prices....
Also found a vendor selling excellent NORS Trico and Anco wiper refills (w / metal splines, rubber not seemingly ozone affected).
I hope to find more at Daytona Turkey Rod Run next Friday, 29 Nov 19.
