Coming Back To Life!

Grill Restoration Part II

I have an update on there grill for my Imperial. I finished cleaning both inserts (above pictures) with the aluminum brightener and I cleaned and painted the main grill frame (flat black behind the inserts) for for the center grill on the car. These are all original pieces that came on the car and I only used the aluminum brightener and the Blue magic chrome cleaner.

Restoration Part III

Hello again, I hope everyone had a good Christmas! I have another update for the front grill on my Imperial. I had the headlight doors powder coated and I cleaned and touched up the black parts on the grill inserts for both headlight doors. I have photos below for the driver's side.

I have another update for anyone interested. I have had all 5 wheels zinc primed and powder coated with a satin black finish. I also have new tires on all 5 wheels. I have some pictures below.

Restoration Part IV

Luckily I have another update for anyone that may still be interested small but progress all the same.
First, as I have said in past posts the products I show are for anyone wondering what I used. I am not trying to promote, nor do I benefit in any way from showing any product. The reason I show is to hopefully help fellow C body enthusiasts that may benefit from using the product or wonder how it works.
The main objective I want to achieve is to keep those cars driving and using them, that is what they were meant for.

I worked on polishing the fender skirts today and I was shocked by the results I achieved with a simple easy to use product. I have pictures below.

This was before any polishing (paint and stainless trim).

This was after:

This is what I used on the paint, all by hand. I used the Blue Magic Metal polish I have mentioned in previous posts on the stainless trim.
