2019 Dodge Charger Production Numbers

Keep going , the numbers will get really small with original owners named Bob .

I'm going to try again to get the production numbers from Chrysler Historical for my 2018 Special Edition Southfork Longhorn Ram.

I've been looking since you bought yours. Once I had to replace my totaled truck I really had to search. If the LONGHORN block letters on the tailgate are the giveaway, then I've seen 1, only 1.

The only other Southfork that I've seen was the new one I was going to go to Phoenix to buy. A tractor/trailer was unloading the exact same truck at Cook Dodge the day before I was going to Phoenix. I thought for sure someone else ordered the truck and when I asked about it they said it was for sale.

I guess they like low production stuff on their lot .

WTF... Retro cop stuff on a new Charger?

Nope, Michigan never dropped the huge center light and the hood (lighted sign) when they come up next to you. Apparently if not hearing the siren behind you. I bet that huge roof light takes 10 mph minimum off of top end speed.

Good for them !!
Agencies are turning their vehicles into strobe monuments to give them bigger dicks.
Last night, I was stuck at a red light behind an EMT van. Forced to being blinded by the 10,000 watt LED brake lights for over a minute, I went into an epileptic seizure.

Human nature is to complain about anything. FYI the large "bubble light" on Michigans car is LED. I remember when Law enforcement went to Halogen bulbs in their emergency lights. Some agency's went so far as to take a role of electrical tape and went across the middle of the whole light bar, why, to stop the whining. Just today was a story of a Tesla car in automated mode hit a marked squad car who was stopped helping someone. In fact the Tesla hit the squad and the car he was helping. This happens more frequently than you think. Some newer LED emergency lights have a steady on mode, only back flashing etc. but when prices start at 2k you can quickly double or more and don't forget the control head. Yes we can all go back to a fender mounted red spotlight and nothing for side or rear view. But for those who believe in that mindset (like those against fossil fuels for everyday life) then move into a cave or hole in the ground, use horses for transportation and get off the grid.

P.S. there is hope for all of us as another human nature is we have short memories.

These lights and all on the patrol cars are ridiculous and hazardous . Too blinding and disorienting . Senior transportation buses on the roadway have Amber flashing lights on the back of the bus that flash every couple seconds almost like a brake light but for no apparent reason. School buses with the white strobe light on top of the bus, why? Rollbacks , sanitation trucks, Dump trucks , oversize loads, and others all have amber flashing lights on them all the time . All of which are completely unnecessary. I see you , you arent any better than the cars around you. Brutal, simply brutal and unnecessary .:soapbox:

We use a strobe light on test vehicles that are conducting fuel consumption tests on test courses at the Proving Ground. That is the only way to signal to the other vehicles on test course that the fuel consumption test vehicle has the right of way and can't be impeded, blocked, or slowed down or it will destroy the fuel consumption test and will have to start from zero again. Not only does this become very costly but sometimes there is only ONE prototype available and we can't lose or have an unnecessary accident or breakdown or comprise the test.

That is in a controlled environment , basically on "property" not subject to the public.

Just an example where a strobe is necessary.

So, why is it necessary on the top of a school bus? ARE all these vehicles of that much importance that they need strobes, flashing and blinding lights on their vehicles and at what point do they now blend in to their surroundings as the norm?

In my state (Wisconsin) it was a state law that started about ten years ago. I find two flaws with using them. First, the light is on at all times. My opinion is they should only be on when at bus stops loading or unloading kids. That is when all of the other warning lights are on. Second, the color white is not visible during fog or snow up here. A different color or combo color should be used. People become complacent with this white strobe flashing at all times. Like the third brake light, when first came out people really noticed, now its on all vehicles except out older collector cars.

Thats exactly my point with all of these damn things on any vehicle besides a family car. They are unnecessary on a school bus . They already have the necessary safety lighting.
The 3rd brake lights are now necessary with the high nose of many SUVs and trucks you can not see brake lights in traffic unless you leave a chunk of road open between you and the vehicle ahead. In that case the guy in the next lane feels obliged to slide right in.
