So don’t hang me for saying this but, this car may be best for the derby. Or someone who needs some pieces and parts. Or drive train donor? It’s rough, inside and out! It was parked/last registered in 1989. The odo shows 22k miles so it’s probably 122k. 383 2 barrel, 727 trans, 8 3/4 rear, power drum brakes, power steering and add on A/C with knee chiller unit under dash. Has some rust in the lower quarters and lower front fenders. Trunk floor is crusty, interior floors are kinda crusty, every outer panel has at least one dent, missing back seat, missing some trim, broken door glass on driver side and cracked windshield. However, the bumpers look good! Go figure on that one. Anyway, I’ll sell it with or with out the eng/trans. I’d even sell parts off it.

$800 as is
$400 no engine/trans
$300 no engine/trans/rear end

located in Phoenix AZ.

A part of me really likes seeing cars in this shape as long as they are rot free. It screams it is a survivor that was well used or even a survivor of a demo derbie to boast how tough these cars are! The patina and battle scars are cool on this one. I would get this mechanically sound, detail it, and drive it.

It could have survived a derby with some modern imports. My first car was a 69 300 and that car totaled out 3 modern cars. A Taurus, an SI Civic and a Acura Integra (none of which were my fault) and it looked fine when I sold it!

Also wanted to add I can deliver around the country for about $.75 a loaded mile.

So it looks like this car will be scrapped after the holidays. Can’t even get a derby dummy to buy it! Anyway, let me know if there is anything you can use. It’ll be cheap! I’m keeping the eng/trans/rear.
