My first choice would be white as my 300 is. Its a base color consisting of Mercedes AMG white w/ a touch of blue. The other colors are turbine bronze and model year 2000 Infiniti silver.

if you want it a little different put a some pearl in the white.

Since you’re asking.
My preference is a mopar factory color. If not a color correct for your year at least original to that model era. Avoiding the High Impact colors on C bodies. The only thing interesting about the loud colors on a C body is it’s rarity and the question “why?”.
There were a number of High Impact 300s and New Yorkers running around the Highland Park car pool in early 70s. Many execs felt the colors were too wild for the big cars and wouldn’t drive them. Dad brought home a Lemon Twist 300 and said he got some strange looks driving home out the Lodge Fwy.
Different times back then.

@1969vert500, any update on your Rose Bowl car? I tried to send you a PM but your inbox is full. Here is a photo of my N-code Polara 'vert -- EW1 goes well with black top and interior, even better with a woodgrain steering wheel :)

PS: the picture below was taken ten days ago; the 30-year old replacement exhaust is now off, replaced by a fully correct repop from Waldron that fits like a glove.

The Rose Bowl cars have white tops and black interiors.

I think it should be EB3 Ice Blue. Could go either way with white or black. Plus EB3 is correct for 1970, compared to GA4 for 1971 (which I hold some bias to). Any updates at all?

Here are a couple Mood Indigo cars with fresh, modern paint. Unfortunately, the pics are scans of photos so they aren't the greatest. A friend of mine owned the Sport Satellite convertible and chose to paint it Mood Indigo when he restored it, which was the first time that I ever heard of the color. The owner of the '72 Satellite was a friend of my friend and really liked the color when he saw it on the '70, so he had his car painted the same color.
