Every year at Spring Fling in Van Nuys CA there is a kid who cruises the show on one of these. I think he gets more attention than Jay Leno when he shows up.

28 MPH is nothing to snort at when you're 6" off the ground on 8" tires.... I recently rode my old mini bike .. 25 MPH scared the crap out of me.
