There is another thread on these beauties somewhere.

I LIKE THE '57 AND THE '61 !

5 stunning vehicles, all verts! Why I'm not a millionaire with a giant warehouse is very disappointing. I love the clean look of the '60's front end with the sleepy eyed looking headlights and the fins. '67/68 are still my favorite years. But the 20 year stretch of '55 to '75 are all beautifully designed.

I saw this collection all together at the concourse de'elegance of America in Plymouth Michigan several years ago. Impressive!!!

If they're only going to be sold as a lot, it may take Q-U-I-T-E a while to find the right person with D-E-E-P pockets to buy them. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime listing, I'd love to hear the story of how they all got assembled as a collection. In terms of "Forward Look ****" it is pretty hard to top this.

I'm guessing around the $500K mark for all five?

I made an offer very close to this for them. Was told it takes 750k to buy. What I struggle with is that for the seller to net that, would require a bid of 830k. That has the buyer at 913k (10% auction fee's both ways). Nobody is going to pay anywhere close to that for those cars. Interesting fact, Reliable Carriers can't 5 of them in one truck lol.

I'm thinking Steve @saforwardlook knows something about them and the other thread. I think he just sold his collection of '60's

They are gorgeous!

Actually Kenny, I do not know much about this collection of Imperials (and yes, I have seen this collection at issue now also posted somewhere else as well) but one of them looks a lot like one I mentioned back in 2016 that was for sale in Norway at the time. But then, there are more than one of these being seen of late with this color scheme and also a convertible:

For Sale - 1960 Imperial Crown Convertible for Sale

You have a good memory, as yes, I did sell all 6 of my 1960 Imperials to a collector in the bay area of California with the passion and funds to give them the attention that I could not any more since I am up there in age now, so I let them all go to a very good home. The one who bought them also has a full time tech to work on them.

I’d guess Jay but I’m not sure he’s in the Bay Area.

Not Jay, Matt, as he is in Burbank, CA which is down south adjacent to the Burbank airport (his collection of cars that is). The buyer is not well known but owns his own company in the Bay area. A really nice guy, and well motivated to get these cars done, along with many other very desirable makes. He knows his stuff.
