That’s interesting they can get away with that. Up here the consumer protection laws dictate that any advertised price must be available to everyone regardless of affiliation or memberships and the only extra is taxes. We could never advertise like that here thankfully

I got an extra $1000 knocked off my Scat Pack. I was looking over my sales contract and didn't see the $1000 military discount. The salesman said we have discounted that car as far as we can....no military discount. I told him to get the sales manager. When he shows up I already had the internet ad pulled up on my phone with the military discount. They knocked another $1000 off the price.

That's bullshit, play the game of Let's see what they don't notice. I'm so glad we knew the GSM so he already gave us a low price and didn't try to sell any additional crap, just told us it was available. He did tell us one option was BS, thought that was nice.

Hopefully awd won't only be on upper trim models. Could get what we want today for 27k minus the awd, hope that doesn't turn into 40k!

I have always enjoyed manual trans also. But you gotta admit those fwd mopars had the worst shifter linkage ever. The main drawback of my 88 Daytona Shelby Z.
Thanks for the memory....I recall borrowing a friends manual 80-something Mustang and compared to my Dodge, the Z was like I was shifting a UPS truck. Not a good time to be a Mopar guy.

I had a conversation last week with my Scat Pack salesman when I was in for the Ram steering wheel repair. I asked him how his sales were going and of course he said slow. I kind of let him know in a polite way that it's been almost a year since I bought my Scat Pack and he doesn't know a lick more about these cars. I told him that it isn't hard to pick up info about these cars and that he would sell a lot more of them if he could learn and talk about them to new customers. He is 22 so I don't know if he understood our talk or not. Even though he's only been there one year he has survived so far. How.....I don't know.

that article was unclear. For hybrid no, but doesn't seem like they know enough about the battery size and placement. In our 2012 Caravan we rarely fold the middle seats down. Back seat all the time. Stow n Go is not critical for us at least.

Part of the delay in getting the AWD is the engineering needed to keep the sto & go. The skuttlebutt is that an electric motor at each rear wheel will supply the driving force while retaining the sto & go features. Hybrid will not be awd

And they still made money....
