Rear lower passenger tail light was out... and the turn signal was always turning off the radio... same circuit.

Bulb was a bit worse for the swimming and actually had water in it. But the socket was fine! Go figure.

You shouldn’t back your boat so far into the water.

(Boat on the trailer or "car" as "boat"?)

Glad it was an easy fix!

The turn signal and radio is on the same circuit? I wonder from a design standpoint why someone would make that choice at Chrysler

The could be on the same basic "feed" circuit, which would branch out to the OTHER feed circuits for a multitude of functions. Have to check the schematics to make sure, though.

When I saw the bulb I figured for sure the socket was gone.
Me too... but it was packed full of grease... I think the previous owner may have done as I don’t think the factory did it.

Will check the back of the plug tomorrow and reopen the fixture to check for water after having it rain all the way back from a road trip I took.
