Does anyone have a source for a heater core for a 63 Chrysler 300, non A/C? The APDI/PRO 9010342 {#2277023} sold on Rock Auto and Parts Geek doesn't fit. It's not even close. I'm cross posting this on both Early Cs and Forward Look since the 63 and 64 are not quite either of them.

Here are some side-by-side picts.

The lower unit you have pictured is the one that should be correct for the standard model 750 heater assembly. Do you by chance have the recirculating heater in this car? If so, I do not know of a reproduction available, you may have to take your existing core to a radiator shop to see if it can be repaired.

I don't believe there are any nos ones left, as I searched for one for my 300F recently. You will probably just have to take your old core and have a radiator shop fit a new core into your current mounting brackets/tubes. I did find an nos one for my F after searching deeper in my parts stash, otherwise I would have had to do what I am suggesting to you.

In another thread about evaporators and heater cores I contacted CCS Auto through ebay and they actually replied within two days. Here's their email through ebay [email protected] If they don't have one that they are currently making maybe they could provide you with the needed parts to have a local shop repair yours.

In the same thread Nation Moparts was suggested Heater Cores, C Body.
