The radiator in the 63 300 had multiple leaks the driver's side bracket needed resoldered. So after reading some threads on here I decided to check out Cold Case Radiators. I communicated with Chris (member name Ccas) at Cold Case he told me to give them a call. I called and talked to Eric. He was very helpfull. I was looking at the MOP751A radiator. We compared diminsions and decided it might work in the Chrysler. I installed it today without too much hassle. I had to modify the brackets a little bit. They are about 1/2" too narrow on each side and hold the radiator up about 1/4" too high. I drilled a couple of holes and enlarged the bottom notches. I also had to cut out a large notch around the battery box.

The bottom hose and transmission cooling lines fit without modification. I need a new upper radiator hose, but didn't get it yet. I have the heater core out and discovered the one I ordered doesn't fit, that story is in a differnt thread.

Overall, I'm happy with the new radiator, and think it should serve me for many years.

Here are a few pictures.

glad you bought it. cold case and CCas and them are good people. a couple of years ago I traded a whole 68 fury w/A-C rad + shroud on straight swap for a CC rad + shroud + fan kit so they could get an original mopar setup to study.

did you get their electric fans, or keep the stock fan?

I have since installed their kit, I owe them a write up.

I've kept the stock four-blade fan. If cooling is an issue I'll upgrade to more blades and or more blades and a clutch. We got the car in running, but non-driving condition (no brakes). It only had about 4,000 miles put on it since 1991, and who know how long since it had been on the road. Now we're driving it around the block, about a mile, to sort ou the drivability issues. The cooling system was the first thing to fail. I had already done the entire brake system except booster, and fuel system including new tank, sending unit, lines, fuel pump, filter, and rebuilt carb. I think it is now ready to start driving daily. I'll put it in my rotation with the 65 Monaco and 97 Dakota, but until I get either the correct heater core or get the stock one recored I'll have to only drive the 63 on days above freezing.

I found a molded upper radiator hose at Auto Zone. It is a Dayco E71952.

How is this radiator working out for you? I have a 1964 that I’m thinking of replacing the radiator.
All is well with it. We have only driven it about three hundred miles since the install. I was laid up three months from surgery and now the power brake booster has been sent out to be rebuilt.

If you dont mind, what was the price?
I don't know if I should post the price. I started a private conversation with member "Ccas", the vendor for Cold Case. Chris got right back with me with a price and ordering information.
