Looks good. Need more pictures (underhood, interior etc). Wonder if the owner knows much about the car?
 
At 25k, I don't think he's a flipper.
I think a flipper got 30k out of him and now he's trying to bail.

If that is the case, he will likely be bailing at a significantly lower price. 440 would not be compatible with the original push button auto. Likely the seller has mis-identified the engine unless there was an awful lot of work done to adapt a more modern drive train. Car is overpriced given badly pitted chrome bumpers and suspect non-stock running gear. Lack of underside photos, engine bay, trunk and interior does not help.

So if I offered $2500 he wouldn’t have a reason to call me a lowballer?
 
Pretty SOB but not $25k pretty. That black '60 DeSoto was waaaaaay nicer and that went for $20
