Hi, does anyone have a decent engine harness to suit a 65 sport fury 383? I’ve misplaced my one. It’s just the top one that runs across to the engine, but I’m happy to buy a complete harness if need be. I’d also need it to be able to be shipped to Australia. I’ve included a pic of what I’m missing. Kind Regards Terry

Engine bay looks nice. If it's yours, I recommend you install the heat shield over that rubber steering column coupler, as the exhaust manifold will cook it in short order. That's why there was one over the original.

Have you got a picture of what they look like? Cheers Terry

Kinda like this - I have spares if you can't find one down under, postage would be silly.

Thanks everyone for the help with the harness. Turns out I sold what I thought was a spare local RHD harness last yr. it was actually my fury one which the guy hadn’t used. Took a drive today and collected it. It was pretty ratty but the bulkhead connector was good. I sat down today and made a good one out of all the bits I had here.

Mate, you are doing an amazing job there!

I have the exact same brake set up as you... and I'm loving what all your wiring looks like. Mine unfortunately has some white over spray on it from when it was painted a few years ago. I'd love to redo mine like yours, but the engine bay is no where near as clean. What do your brake lines look like. I replaced all mine with SS, and I found that the replacement front-to-back line for the rear brakes was a little too long. But it worked out for the dual master anyway. I'll take some pics as post. I'd like to see yours! BTW... those spray nozzles you sent me are in and really look great... and a great story about them to boot. LOL!

That black plastic rectangular firewall blocking plate.. where did you get that? I'd like to replace mine.

Hi mate, glad those nozzles worked for you. The brake lines I’ve made all brand new. They are out of a copper plated steel. I’ll take some pics tomorrow for you of them set up. I used the existing brake block and ran the rears direct with an inline joiner. The booster I’ve just rebuilt with a kit from the booster exchange. Wiring was a bit of a job but not very hard. You could always clean off overspray with some thinners. Even a light coat of paint stripper with a fine paint brush will take it off. I’ll get you the pics in the next 24 hours :)
