I love everything about it! Looks like it got later M body 15x7 Road wheels (you can tell by the deep trim rings)

Pic for posterity...

Bet it drives really nice. I think the dual exhaust is a little strange, but other than that it’s been very nicely detailed.

Looks like TTI exhaust to me...not exactly factory, but I've seen way worse.

A real time capsule or throwback as they say. That car in green with those basic options was very common in the day. So many buddies parents had one just like it. I’m thinking of my Jr. year of H.S.

looks like it hangs way too low overall. would like to think that TTI would fit better.

Not all installers are made the same. Not the fault of TTI. I've seen some really nice TTI installs that are tucked in nicely.

I don’t mind duals, I just think it is an unnecessary feature on this car. I would switch it back to single if I bought it.

have always felt that when building an exhaust, the most difficult part is hanging it. my rule: exhaust should be heard, not seen. many pictures here of members cars with TTI systems beautifully done so had to wonder about this one.

I like the green and it was really popular back then, my mother had our entire kitchen done in green back in 1970. All the appliances were avocado. I bet this is a great ride, those 4 door sedans were so quiet and rattle free compared to hard tops. Such a wonderful, unmolested example of this car. 34,700 miles is what typically this car would have had in 1974 as a used car. The interior looks great. 14,5 seems "hopeful", I would think under 10k. Not because I don't think the condition is a problem, but the market for a 4 dr sedan is always weak.

Yea I think the four door owners are hitting the pipe when they post these up.

Regardless of how many doors, it would be extremely difficult to find a c-body in this condition with any number of doors. As far as I can see, it only needs the wheels, wheel covers, and a Waldron exhaust to take it back to show room condition. If I had the coin to spend, I'd buy it.

At that price?

What do you have? Have you looked for parts for a proper restoration yet? There is a difference between price and value. Admittedly the price is high but if they find a buyer, it obviously isn't too high. The market will determine the value as it always does.

It is a dealer, so they're going to want to make some money on it, I would guess some wiggle room on the price. If this is a car you want, and the low milage is true, how many are out there?

True, but some of these “can’t miss cars” sit on the market for half a year if not more.

My rule of thumb is if you're selling, start 25% higher then you want, if you're buying, start 33% lower then the asking price and see who blinks first.
