Redeye Widebody

And the 10 foot shot looks like no rust either.

Oh it’s rusty the rear wheel lips are rusted out and the back hatch has rust all along the bottom but it has a Mopar CAI BT catch can straight piped from the cats back and 2” lowering Eibach springs in front big subwoofer in the back and is a blast to drive!

I will probably have most of the Day 2 parts for my Redeye before I even see the car for the first time. BT Catch Can might be the last item because it has to get sent out for clear coat.

I can imagine how much fun it is to drive! Lol

My DD is a 2006 RT AWD Magnum with 340000kms on it and still can hit 180kph in no time....AMHIK

In 2008 I test drove several used Magnums before I set my sights on a dark blue 2008 RT. At a dealership two hours North of me. They knew I was on my way and when I arrived they were using me as leverage for someone else to buy it.
I never did buy a Magnum.

I like everything about the Magnum except the styling of the front, and for that reason, I’m out...:p
Bob, congrats! I don’t look in on these metric threads so I had no idea that you pulled the trigger. Enjoy big guy!
You have a mid life crisis habit.:steering:

Did you say no rust?

Then have a 300c front end put on the Magnum. I have seen pictures but not a car in person. For me I prefer my '79 Magnum GT over the newer style car.

I'm getting up there in age.....

I have enjoyed Mopar engineering and performance for 50 years. I actually started with my Dad's 3 big block C-Body wagons when I was young and eventually learned how to drive in one of his wagons.

And I always wanted one of Mopar's best before I'm too old to enjoy one. This Redeye is spectacular.

The 300 front end of the same vintage as the Magnums isn’t much better. I have seen one with a Charger front clip and I loved it.

Kinda like the nose of the new Challenger compared to the rear... hard to believe they are on the same car ..

Was the salesperson old enough to drink? The kids love 'em, the kids love 'em!

I haven't met him yet. But he sounded young on the phone. 20's maybe early 30's. I could definitely tell he was a young salesperson. He seemed quite surprised that he was selling a Redeye over the phone. LOL!

I'll bring my cooler and chair to sit by it, and be one of the cool kids.

I could also bring my 70 and park next to you and class you down:poke:

Why not.....

We can park across from the C Body line right by the Mopar Performance tent like I did with the Scat Pack last year and act like a couple of display cars.

LOL!
