C Body Deaddock

From the Krautmaster:

"I'm hanging in there, just really busy. I got lower dentures last week and they are giving me fits...I can only eat oatmeal and soup...on the positive side, it is a great weight loss program!

Steve and Bob are still around, although I don't think Bob lives in Jersey anymore.
He never did,actually.
His shop was in Joisey. but he had to move out and the building was torn down.
Now he is about an hour away from the Joisey border in PA.

Stitcherbob has the Polarco. I saw her at Bob;s place last time I visited.
Bob keeps to himself lately....Stil doing upholstery at his own pace..

Steve's health is not good, but he is still going. We talk often. While he can use prayers for healing he is actually more concerned for a Pastor Friend of his named Jay. Jay is in his '90s and is not doing well.

You can find Steve on Facebook daily!!

Make sure you tell him there are a lot of fans of his over here on FCBO. We'd love to hear from him directly.

I've told him. Even if he doesn't come here at least he's talking to me and I can let folks know how he is. That's better than him falling off the face of the earth.

There certainly were some characters over there - I tried hard to be the oil on rough waters a few times.

Who remembers Bob of bobsoldbikes? He seemed to be misunderstood more than anyone else there!

Edit - his personal email was bobsoldbikes, but his drydock handle was stationwagonguy. Interestingly I just reconnected with him on FaceBook last night!

I remember him, seems like I bought something from him, been too many years, just can't recall.

I think there was another, formula4disaster, out of california? Seems like I remember a '68 Newport being towed (badly) would up off the trailer and borrowed pickup wrecked.

polaraco and stitcher bob were the most interesting on the drydock to me.
and and Snotty, CBarge.

Same for me.

I wore my C-Body Drydock cap when I made my 2nd trip to Scotland at the end of '06/beginning of '07, had a picture of myself taken with Edinburgh Castle in the background, and it later was on the homepage for Drydock for a little while.
