1978 NYB, 392 MILES,For the sceptics.

^^ Ya...He had that thing up to 50K at one time! If you look closely, it's a nice I'll give him that but has a few cosmetic flaws. Recently there were two 1 Black and 1 blue '78 coupes and were sold for 10 grand each and were nicer, IMO than this one!

1978 NYB: There's a '78 Cadet Blue coupe on FB marketplace in PA that has been on the market for 3-4 years by Kresleys Auto sales. If anyones interested!

looks like a 500 mile exhaust. all the heat shields clean and present. like the exhaust hanger behind the muffler. beats the bejeezus out of how they hung the earlier cars by the over the axle pipe.

May the new owner please step forward.

I recall the dealer guy doing a very in depth video of this car.

Look at all the comments this NYB generated on BAT, dang.

I'm noticing something about this particular car, regarding the striping...Everyone has commented on this car and the striping it has. I owned a '78 NYBS that had the pinstriping in what we generally view as the correct places on the side contour lines and the trunk for a 1978 NYB/NYBS. It seemed to me that they were the ONLY NYB or NYBS to have the striping on the lower contour line! The lower striping scheme was reserved for the NYBS (I believe) as yet another way to distinguish that rather expensive Salon option group from the other NYB cars. Anyone has close-up access to 1978 dealer brochures and/or option guides to verify, either way?
