here is the answer for your question, the car is at the international car forest witch is in goldfield Nevada. It's a open to the public park that's open 24 hours.

The serial number starts with CE. The NY would be CP. Is this indicate a special? The door panels speak Newport. The dash is NY.
 
The driveshafts on these Stageways must be something to behold...I wonder if they used a carrier bearing?

No CP for ‘68
Although I don’t see the side marker lights mandated in’68. ( unless I am mixing pictures and posts)
 
Man! I went through Goldfield a couple of years ago and had no idea that was there.
