According to the 1964 880 brochure the convs were available with a floor shift auto option and a 4 speed could be ordered with the 383. Has anyone ever seen either of these configurations? I do not remember ever seeing anything but a push button at on these cars.

I discovered 880s back in the 1980s, when looking at old issues of Popular Mechanics at my college library. They had a photo of the new (at time of publication) 1964 880 four-door (can't remember if HT or sedan). I became enamored with it then and I still think that year's model is way cool!

For 1964 transmission options were:

Standard 3 speed manual (floor shift)
Optional Torqueflite pushbutton Auto
Optional 4 speed manual floor shift

There was no automatic on the floor.

Bought this from the original owner , 20 + year's ago. Pretty loaded for a Dodge ,383 auto , P/B,P/W ,P/S. P/L Hardtop , 9Pass , roof rack. I added the bucket seats
