Well then I will ask you if you know Hubert Humphry? He ran for President in 1968 if I remember correctly. I went to a former three story food cannery in Columbus WI. this is called "Columbus Antique Mall" It has hundreds of booths with different items. One of the booths had a "Humphry" bumper sticker and the other is a "JFK for President". $3 each, so I had them copied in color and my friend laminated a few. So I will put these two in the back window of my '59 Imperial and '66 Toronado later this year. I will keep the originals away from the sun.

I've definitely heard of Humphry. Couldn't tell you one fact about him though. I was born in '80 and try not to pay too much attention to my own nations politics. Period correct bumper stickers are very cool! Nice find. I just realized I almost did a holy grail quote! When the king approaches the peasants and tell them he is their king, and the one responds "well I didn't vote for you". Then the other one starts explaining their complex governing structure. That part always cracks me up!

To the best of my memory the grill etc is correct so I went onto google and checked. All 1959 300's I found had red grill and turn signal lens.

those are not red turn signals, they are air intakes to duct air to cool the brakes.
the turn signals are clear and in the bumper

Well I'm never commenting on another forward look car! Where's that sergeant Schultz meme? Thanks for pointing that out Mark, I see it now. Little mini grills that match the large grill. Very sharp!

I’ve always loved the red grilles in the ‘59 300. I also like that they got rid of the little built-in sun visor at the front of the roof panel.
