I Pulled the Trigger, It's Metric, and It Hauls

Actually, the HOA has been a good thing for me and all my neighbors.
It keeps me in check and prevents me from going REALLY batshit which would anger me if I was my own neighbor.

Wait until the backhoe shows up Thursday morning.

You are observant, Peter.
For reasons that could be a thread in itself (but won't be), I refused to take delivery on the LS tractor.
So I ordered (yes, they are in short supply) a Hemi Orange (999) Kubota instead. Gimme a week to 10 days.

I looked at these at my local Kubota dealer also. Way better than the Smurfs Tractor in my opinion.
Nice machine, but I still went with the JD. I just like the way the layout of the Hydrostatic foot pedals on the Deere. I rented a brand new Kubota for a weekend because I needed back hoe to put in some drainage pipe. I found the reverse pedal very awkward, it seems you had to lift your leg up and it floated there while reversing. In some very lumpy situations it became jerky as your heel wasn't planted on the floor board.
Just personal preference and observation.
Are you getting the rear tires loaded with Beet Juice?

Late to this thread as usual. Congratulations on the new tractor. Unless I missed it on my read through the thread what will you be using it for? Some of the suggestions on what to build with it were interesting so I thought I'd add mine. Guaranteed to PO the HOA and generate a little revenue to boot.

Good tractors are green because they match all the crops they work on. The Red ones are painted like that so they can be spotted in the green fields when they **** the bed.:poke::rofl:

When I take my place on the signature yellow throne I always feel the name costs more than the tractor.
My wife owns her own landscaping operation and owns two. Both heavy garden, not the i planted 1000 acres of crops. One is JD and the other a toro. Scary part is, neither is more than a compilation of the same vendors painted different colors. The green cup holder is much better though. :D:D:D
