First the buyer of a bumper I have doesn’t have any contact/friends in the USA who can help in this matter.
I did some research and UPS to Sweden is costly. Also on this site the Viking shipping company was mentioned. I called them and they directed the task to Rose Container company in New York. I am waiting to hear back from them.
I included photos of the bumper because of how nice it looks and to remind myself to wrap it like it’s a dinosaur leg.
Lol.
Any advice or help would be appreciated. Pm me if you prefer.

Here in Phoenix there is a shop called Coppersrate Classics. They do load containers and ship them to Sweeden. The owner named Bo is from Sweeden. 602 229 5000 is the number. Of course you will have to get it to Phoenix.

Thanks C Body Bob,
I am waiting for a call back from them or Rose Container.
In the mean time I had a nice & productive conversation with Bo at Coppersrate and that may work out. I’m waiting for a quote from Fastenal on getting the bumper to Phoenix.
I think it was one of your past conversations that Viking came up. That’s why I contacted them.

I know the cost is a concern... But I wouldn't ship something that nice through fastenal... they charge so little cause they feel like there doing you a favor. I'd rather use a major carrier, and insure it.

I wanted to order a shipment from this company and started to search for information about them. Saw this thread. Now I don't want to have any business with them anymore. Thank you, OP. I consider this thread a warning. BTW, maybe someone here knows how to find a shipping company which actually can ship a whole car? One of my friends here told me that a1autotransport.com is a good company. What's more, he said that he already used their service. maybe you guys know something about them?

@LiquidBlue, this post is confusing because there are several businesses mentioned throughout this brief conversion. Maybe you could elaborate some and narrow down who you don’t want to do business with anymore or better yet please start a post on your personal experience.
First my quick update of something that is 2 years old. The bumper was sent by UPS ground (yes I got it inside their shipping criteria) triple wrapped to Copperstate Classics. The Copperstate name is misspelled in some posts here, sorry. Bo at Copperstate helped me step by step like a fricking guardian angel. I have the highest regard for Copperstate Classics. That bumper is now shining brilliantly on a ‘62 white 300 in Sweden. I had little interaction with the other companies, Viking and Rose Container, so I have no opinion of them. Finally, I’m not sure where a warning is merited.

Oh, and for those who like to see photos of gorgeous Chrysler cars, and who doesn’t, here is the Swedish beauty owned and driven by a lovely lady named Ulla.
