We both have wilwood brakes. He’s on efi and I’m on a cast 4bbl with thermoquad and dual exhaust and aluminum radiator.

Beautiful cars, I can't wait to see them. It doesn't matter it is your decision but I would definitley say your car should be in the modified class as your car has an aluminum radiator and a thermoquad set up. Just my .02 cents.

I can leave my original 2bbl setup on as I haven’t changed it out yet. The weather hasn’t been great (calling for snow)

I have a cast intake from a 360 and thermoquad with factory brackets and everything.

Then you would have to move at least 50% of the cars there to modified.

The show is participant judging.

I haven't entered a car yet but I will tell you that I've seen far more modified cars entered in the stock area then either of yours. In my opinion, yours should be in the Stock class as @Big_John said. There won't be that many C-Bodies entered and I prefer to see them all together. One year they had modified pretty far away from other standard which sucked.

Short of a blower hanging out through the hood and 21.5 x 33 Mickey Thompsons tubbed under the back on a 4 link with wheelie bars, you're pretty safe in the stock area.

True BUT you also have to mindful/ thoughtful of class. Otherwise there's no point.

Max nbr of mods for "stock" at Carlisle is 4, if I read the rules correctly. Looks like @DasBoot70 will fit right in, especially if he keeps the original 2bbl.

Full disclosure: In the case of Poppy, my red Polara 'vert, that means a non-OEM master cylinder and (since fall 2019) a fan and shroud from a 1972 Fury 26" rad (to help cool my re-cored, otherwise original 19" rad -- Poppy's original fan, devoid of shroud, was barely up to the task of cooling the engine in stop-and-go traffic when the weather was hot and humid). In the case of Snow White, my white Polara 'vert, that means an incorrect pie tin on the air cleaner and a non-OEM (but look-alike) rad.

Your car is not judged by a team of judges. It's a participant ballad type of thing. If your car looks period correct just enter in the stock class. If someone doesn't like the mods, they won't vote for it.
My thought is that your car is the best trophy you have. And participating in a world class event like Carlisle is all the reward one needs.

Carlisle passes are on sale... I was going to bring the '67 LeBaron but I don't know whether I should list in the Imperial class or '65-'68 C-body class. Decisions, decisions. Sometimes I don't even know where the hid the Imperials on the field....

You can always change classes when you get there. People do it all the time.
