I don't know if anybody has noticed but FaceBook has a new format and the Marketplace search feature seems to work better, can get a 500 mile limit now.

Here's a teaser of some of my latest finds.

Plus if anyone is still looking for a 65/66 Fury, I saw a boatload of them in all shapes, sizes & condition.

I never understood why FB limited to 100 miles. 500 works for me, I doubt if I would personally travel further for a car.

Mine is still only at 100 miles. I have a droid maybe they haven't updated all formats??

No it had the 500 miles in the drop down menu before but it never worked, always went back to 100 miles and I tried it on just about every browser (updated) in the world.

Now to try it with quotes and see if I can 'not see' every fook'wit selling their mudder 4x4 fury tires or the gaud awful amount of Honda Fury motorbikes. he he

It still says 100 miles for me? Maybe outside the big metro areas it lets you do 500?

You made me look at the marketplace. On the new layout I get to pick up to 500km (300 miles). On the old layout there is no option except to insert a location.

Is that a Hurst "mystery shifter" in the manual car? Always a mystery how it worked...if it worked.

Facebook really sucks ...I miss CL before they started charging for auto ads

Naa it's still buggy, if you change to select the 500 mile the apply button won't work, you have to go back to 250 miles click apply then go back and select 500 miles then the apply button will work. This happens on a initial search and when you change to other major cities of the country. Just buggy, the new wonders of HTML5 I guess.

They do still have the out of area & crap you could care less to look at (heh) "You May Also Like" suggestions on the mindless endless scroll. This endless scroll is some mind bending psychological whatever from the people that designed and were interviewed in a TV show explaining the design of FB and other new sites. This was designed specifically for phone & tablet users, you see them in public, just constantly finger flicking their screens looking for some meaning in life I guess.

he he...

More about the white manual trans Fury please. Was it originally a 3 on the tree car?

Don't get too excited...

I don't know if you can tell from the engine compartment steering column, I enlarged it and couldn't see any of the levers and there wasn't a good interior shot of the steering column, but from it being a /6 & manual steering Fury I you can be pretty assured it was a 3 on the tree. Fender Tag & build sheet would tell the tale of this conversion.

(edit) Actually this is the car that Paul 'Supercar' Amato was looking for IIRC.

HEY PAUL!

This is his email : [email protected]

I have not been in touch with him for years - don't know if he's even alive!! I've sent him a PM from the other board, and will reach out to him via email as well.
