Cyl heads.

Good.
You say the app is on your phone.
First: Has a new icon appeared on your screen?
If yes, pressing on it will open the app.
If no, open your "SETTINGS"
When SETTINGS is opened, you'll see a list of "settings".
Scroll down the list of settings and click on "APPS".
When APPS opens, you'll see, well... a list of apps installed on your phone.
Scroll down to the name of your app and click on it.
The apps info will come up and press on "OPEN".

We'll stop here until you confirm.

Thanks Stan. Assuming the app is inskam, as it says it is, then it does not appear on the list. I tried downloading it twice....?

OK. I went to the Google Playstore and found inskam.
OK, so after you download it and you hit "OPEN", what happens?

Nothing..... Just never appears in the list.

Prompt says I need to add play store to my phone. I'm trying to figure that out now.

You're kinda new at this, eh young fella?
OK, I'm not gonna abandon ya.
Have you ever installed any program on your phone? Trying to figure how basic I have to go back to.

Make sure you complete the 2 step process when you go to the app store. 1. Download 2. Install.
You have to watch the little circle thing go around 2 separate times.

This camera/scope will likely end up next to the MP3 player that I can't seem to download my music playlist onto and is moving towards the back of the closet.

Not successfully.

Depending on how old Wil's phone is, it may not be able to play well with that app. I've had similar problems with my phone, which I refuse to replace.

It's more than a couple years old, maybe even older, can't remember. But it does what a phone is suppost to do. So I won't be replacing it anytime soon. This "app" stuff does not seem to be compatable to me.

Being an IT guy, I have never been able to understand why some developers write code that will only work with one particular version of an operating system or JAVA release. Seems like they are screwing themselves when they reduce the number of platforms for which their app will work.

If it’s wifi like the one I have and your laptop or tablet is also, it’ll work.

I located a local machine shop to recondition my heads, sound reputable with good reviews. Quoted $350.00 for the pair, probably plus parts.
