My Fury’s stuck in Richmond, VA.

Last night we went and grabbed the truck. Definitely alot heavier of a girl then I imagined - especially with the probably close to half a ton of weight in the bed I’m not surprised the poor girl couldn’t handle the constant high RPMs. Shes back home. Maybe this weekend I’ll get around to pulling the covers.

Congrats on making it back on base!!!
I remember 1 time arriving just before reveille. My buddy woke up from being passed out in the passenger seat. He stared at me blankly, "We got back in time?" It was a vicious Monday. You'll sleep like a dead man tonight.
Another time, I didn't make it, but I had food poisoning and a doctor called the OD at regimental headquarters. Saved me from going UA.

My buddy that was in the Marines back in the early 70's that had a 1968 Shelby GT350 stopped by one weekend on leave and asked me to tune up his car as he said it would only do 140mph and he almost didn't make it back too base the previous weekend. :wideyed:
