Rest in Peace Kenny Osmond. Always loved Leave it to Beaver, especially when Hugh Beaumont switched from Ford to Plymouth!! Always drove a shiny new one!

Still watch the old programs, mostly for the cars and the simpler times. Eddie was an annoying idiot but essential to the program.

This is one of my favorite episodes, had a ton of classic Mopar iron.

Who noticed the 62 Fury had the rear windshield removed for the shot of the car backing out with the Beav looking out the back so no glare?

I was laid off a couple years ago and my wife got home from work. She asked what was going on and I told her Eddie talked Wally into pushing a car with Ward's new 63 Fury and Wally broke the turn signal. She said I was an idiot..LOL

That show was a lot better and tightly written than it gets credit for... June Cleaver was never portrayed as a "ditzy housewife", she actually had some of the best dry humor lines. Nor was Ward ever shown as "dopey dad", Hugh Beaumont could get a laugh with a raised eyebrow. Eddie Haskell was so many of my friends, even though he was 30 years out of date by the late 80s. The old Mopars are a bonus.

More stupid trivia, June Clever always wore a Perle necklace and the show got grief for that not being realistic for a suburban housewife but she did it to cover a scar she had on her neck.

My oldest son had a friend I always referred to as Eddy Haskell.

Nice and polite to adults, but was a real jerk behind their backs. I had him figured out and he didn't like that at all.

In real life, Ken Osmond was a LAPD cop... even got shot on duty.

I like the license plate, and if it really was the TV car, then a little signage is OK, but that's too much.

Then looking at the pic, it's probably a cruise night, so... Leave that junk in the trunk.

And yea, WTF is on the air cleaner?
