I wonder where it is. We had 3 dams breach in mid Michigan yesterday and I’m sure there are a lot of cars sitting under potentially 9’ of water that wasn’t there at this same time yesterday and quite possibly in recent history....

That’s not good news. Probably fifteen years ago I was highly involved with setting up a very sophisticated drilling program that would allow them to drill under the dams and grout them in. This would stabilize the underneath of the dam and fill any voids due to water seepage. I spoke in length to the Army Corps of Engineers about the extent of the problem and it is very worrisome to say the least. There are dams all over the US Of varying sizes that are in very poor condition and in danger of collapsing.
