Yesterday and this morning, the MoPar decoder finally broke me.
I have tried to enter my fender tag information 20+ times and no joy.

could someone be kind enough to decode for me?

What year is it?

Thank you!
This is Elwood.
Does he have a 727?
I can crawl under the car and verify that it’s a 727.
I wanna believe that it’s 71k miles.
He has blue cloth seat coverings. I will also look for a build sheet.

Yep 727, your cloth probably started as black and has faded to that blueish tint.
