For Sale Power Antenna, Year Make Model?

I've been clearing out my stash of parts and came across this power antenna. By the pictures, can anyone tell me what year, make or model this power antenna came from. I was assuming a C-body car because that's what I used to own, but I'm not sure anymore. I can't see a Mopar part number on it. Thanks!

I was thinking of $40 plus shipping. If it's rare then add another $100. Just kidding

67 and 68 front fender C body. Unlike the Imps of those years, due to limited space under the sheet metal, they stuck out a little bit and did not retract fully.

Do you have the bottom mtg brkt, and the lower bracket that goes under the hole in the fendsr, and the upper bezel and nut that trims it out?

Yep, 12 volts. Hook it up one way and it should go up and the other is down.

Careful - 12 volts positive to ONE wire only, negative to the body of the antenna. One wire up runs it up, the other one runs it down.

DON'T hook both wires up to the battery.

There's good information there - what kind of proper switch for the dash, the fact that the front fender antenna hole is in a different place, yadda yadda.

Just need the antennae unit. No mounting etc.

It's my understanding that if it works, @detmatt is buying it. If he declines, you're next in line.

The seller was not sure how to test it, so I detailed the process, and I also supplied info on how it's mounted, just in case the seller has those bits as well, because he wasn't sure what they looked like and therefore if he had them.

Sorry for the delay. I tested it and it does not work. It sparked a little when I touched the clip to the positive wire. The mast did not go up or down.

detmatt- since it does not work do you still want it? If not I will offer it up to SPRICE.

How did you connect it? You MUST connect the body of the power antenna (like the mounting bolt perhaps) to the negative terminal of the battery, and the positive terminal goes to either wire on the connector - one for up, one for down.

Ross- I did exactly that, negative terminal of the battery to the body of the antenna and positive terminal to one wire. Nothing. By the way, just before doing this, I tested the 3 tailgate window motors I have, two of them were dead and one worked properly. Tested them the same way as this power antenna.

So the tailgate window motor is similar to a convertible top and antenna motors? And different than side window motors in the way they’re bench tested?
