74-78 Newports being stripped, Parts anyone?

Hi Demon 340: I have an ad in the "Parts Wanted" section of the forum. Basically I need that little verticle chrome strip that is on the side of either front turn signal lens. I'll take just the chrome strip or a good lens that has this piece. Also, on the 78 only...does the car still have the wiper pivot arm that connects into the wiper motor and main plastic bushing? Chrysler sold this as part #3799442 which is a pivot arm and bushing combo. I could just use the bushing since I have a freind that will reproduce it for me and others. Let me know. Thanks, Jim

Passenger side turn signal lens on the 74 Newport is in great shape. so is the Chrome., Both cars still have the wiper motors in them, I believe both are 2 speeds. I cant tell you if they work or not, Ive never tried them. If I remember right, someone on here wanted the wiper arms, so those would be spoken for. I can pull the readot of the stuff off though.

I need the driver (left side) wiper arm. I believe the wiper arms are the same for all C-bodies. I also need the time delay relay (3 prong round relay) usually attached to the fuse box.

Hi. i am keen on driver side headrest (cream or tan)
also front bumper guards (i think what you call it we call them over riders) they are the little steel boxs with rubber strips that sit on the bumper good set.
and the trim that ran at the bottom of the back side windows form the door to the roof both sides.

Hi Demon 340: Please let me know how much you want for the turn signal lens. As for the wiper system. I would be interested in the motor and all the internal linkage except the exterior wiper arms so we are OK there. I can only use the 2-speed intermittent system and it is easy to tell if you have one or not. Look at the wiper switch inside the car. If it has the 2-speed intermittent feature, it will say from left to right...delay, low, high. If this is what you have, pleae also let me know how much you want for the parts. Have you had a break from work yet? have you figured out a price for the left wiper arm and the time delay relay? How do you prefer to get payment, ship, and exchange info.

hadntg had much time off, 12 hours yesterday and 11 hours today, looksl ike working all through the weekend so far. it was raining all day today so I didnt even look at the cars.

I need a left wiper arm from either. Also looking for the vacuum hoses from the radiator ported vacuum switch that run to the carb and the EGR valve. One has a white line and the other gold/yellow.

Have you tried the universal wiper bushing kit, Help PN# 49477. Advance Auto Parts had it in stock in the Help section on the sales floor in the local store in my town. About $5.00 I'm sure AutoZone has it too.

The cars are still complete, I want to apologize to everyone for not moving fast on checking on parts. ibve been working 65-70 hours a week and been switching from 1st to 3rd shift, they usually consist of days 5am to anywhere from 3-5 pm when on days, and from 7pm to 7am when im on nites, plus I also a full time single parent, I know its no excuse, but I will get these parts off and check them soon.

Hi Demon340! I know what it like to work crazy hours! I am going to scale down my request. Can I just purchase the wiper pivot arm from the 76 and all the pieces that go with it? As for the turn signal lens, I just need the little vertical chrome piece that seperates the clear from the amber section on the side of the lens, not the chrome around the lens.
