Under New Management

Glad it worked out for you Scott and hopefully that Canadian Monaco makes it south befote @1Fury1 makes you an offer you can’t refuse and I don’t mean Spanish lessons
Scott and I had a conversation and I’d say 99.9% means that Monaco is destined for that new 24x30 of his. He knows I’m on standby for that .1% chance.

The Dart is going in first, but I can fit the Monaco too! Get some rollers and turn the Dart sideways and I could fit three! The Monaco is definitely at the top of the list for my C bodies.

I have my house! Signed papers on Friday, all four or five sheets. Cash deal and closing costs were $305.45, not a bad deal. Took ten minutes and I was on my way.

Went and looked at it last night, I moved my truck over from my storage unit so I could start replacing the water pump and power steering pump, only to find out there is only one light wired up. Plenty of boxes on studs for outlets, but they aren't wired. One more thing on the to-do list.

Here's the biggest project to tackle, and one more reason to fix the truck.

Get that taken care of, then have a co-worker sand the living room floor, it's got paint on it, and is tired looking.

Then paint most of the walls downstairs, and a bedroom upstairs. Buy a fridge and an oven, and the kitchen is done.

For some reason, the previous owner didn't put any trim on the inside windows and door frames, an easy enough fix.

And I need fixtures for all the lights. And there are some other little things that need to be addressed, but nothing big, just little stuff.

The garage is full of a bunch of crap the previous owner left. They left a ton of stuff, which my co-worker cleaned out most of. They did leave some shovels and rakes, along with some other useful things. A lot left to get rid of though.

Congratulations Scotty!

Got some work ahead of you but in the end it'll be well worth it.

Got any outside pics? Is it on a lot, acreage or a regular neighborhood?

Is that where you slept last night?
All kidding aside it looks like the place has good Bones and lots of potential!

The lot is .32 acres, in town on a corner lot. I'll get some outside pictures in a few hours.

I'm still at the stepson's until I get the floor and drywall done, and a little paint done too. I can paint the rest after I'm moved in, do a little each day before I leave for work to minimize the fumes I'm breathing in.

Supposedly it doesn't run. I'll have to learn more about it. No deck, but a trailer.
