That's a lot of Formals....Glad they posted a Ton of photos of the cars on the site....You can bid online!

Sounds like some derby guys are salivating on the auction company's Facebook posting. And the other comments are either racist in nature or complaining that these cars are not worth a dime.

He had a shed full of motors, probably 100 of them that where maybe going to be actioned off. They must have changed they're mind. I hope my Chrysler wagon makes the small trip down there!

I bid online for the green '74 Imperial 4 door good car....Lot #20, got outbid and went for $2700.

I just hope it isn't some Demo guys getting some of these Formals for the Bumpers and Engines and Frames!!

I hope they go to good homes. The 68 Imperial sedan sure is something.

That green '68 New Yorker I was looking at went for a good price.. $5800. Needed some work, but a good price for what it was.

Alot went for under $4000. But a Chevy wagon brought in the most $$. I didn't buy anything, my collection is big enough.

King Hooter: Those guys from NY any indication what they might do with the cars they bought? Any Demo guys in the crowd? Like I said earlier I had bid on the green '74 Imperial.....just hope it isn't going to a Demolition Derby.....course I hope none of them do!

I think there were a few derby guys in attendance. Towards the end some the guys were getting annoyed around me. And started complaining about the internet budding up and buying up really some good cars.
The bidder from New York I lost track of how many they picked up. Not to mention that they were the starting bid on all the formals.

Too many people to get any good shots. But wow what a beautiful sight!

It was a great day to look at all the shinny chrome, or buy some! I guess this was our mopars in the park for this year. Here is my Chrysler I bought from Steve a year and a half ago, it was much cheaper before the auction.

Damn! You had to show that '74 Imperial....went for $2600 and I hope it didn't go to a derby guy! Usually, derby guys won't go much over $1200 - $1500....which is good. Somebody got a good buy on that black '77 NYB $4300!

I doubt many of these are going in derbies. I'd say on eBay or on Overseas markets. The price is way up for big 70s cars in Europe.

For the heck of it today I called Steve Heitman up and asked about the cars I bid on (and lost)….he knew a few of the guys that bought vehicles and gave me a couple phone no's of those guys. I thought that was very good of him to do that!
